I have been active in the video games industry since 2000 as a games journalist, and since 2009 as a game producer, game director and production coach. I have worked for companies such as Fun LABS/ Activision (Bucharest, Romania), Milestone s.r.l. (Milano, Italy), SimBin Studios AB, Ludosity AB, Pieces Interactive AB (Sweden). In 2014, I was hired as a production coach at Skövde Science Park/ Sweden Game Arena, which is one of the biggest game incubators in Sweden. I coached all studios in the incubator at the time, who were working on titles such as Goat Simulator (Coffee Stain Studios AB), Cluster Truck (Landfall AB), Passpartout (Flamebait Games AB) and many more. I later organised Sweden Game Conference and Sweden Game Arena’s presence at events like GDC, GamesCom, Nordic Games, Casual Connect and more. In 2018, I moved to Stockholm and co-founded Valiant Game Studio AB. We self published Pendula Swing.
In 2020, I exited, moved in the middle of nowhere and started Pronoia AB. Pronoia is the opposite of paranoia and it is the belief that the Universe and everything conspires for our good. With Pronoia I published a marriage negotiation board game called Zestrea and a fairy tale inspired comic book about working too much, called The Lost Sunday (which got an EISNER nomination!).
In the spring of 2023, I started to work on The Merry Fairy by myself. My friend Sebastian Dorda is helping me with programming and I contract talented freelancers on a per need basis to create the 3D scenes and to license music.
The Merry Fairy is a scrapbook journal simulator set in a safe and cozy space filled with enchanted trinkets and magical beings who can help you discover your own magic.
Designed as an idle game that can enchant your daily life while residing on your secondary screen, The Merry Fairy offers you a customizable, beautiful and easy to use journal that you can design and decorate as you wish, a creative collection of productivity tools and a rich lore to discover.
Fairy invited you to spend one summers month at her enchanted cottage, called The Merry Fairy. She suspects you might be a magical creature, like her! Your gentle quest in Fairyland is to discover your own magic. Fairy's favourite ritual to do precisely that is to let your beautiful thoughts and emotions be expressed in an enchanted journal. This is why Fairy left you a brand new journal on her desk, where you are welcome to stay for as long as you need.
Discover everything Fairy's enchanted desk has to offer and collect anything that inspires you to adorn and design your journal. From candles to tiny companions, from hopeful thoughts written by Fairy's past guests to tiny aquarelles that Fairy loves to draw for you, let your soul rest and your heart become inspired to seek your very own magic. Should you feel lonely, you need not worry - Fairy's whimsical friends will visit you regularly and tell you stories about magic and about Fairyland.
